Stop Bullying Speak Up – Philadelphia Rally

Last week in Philadelphia, Senator Bob Casey joined Cartoon Network President and COO Stuart Snyder to launch the next initiative in the Stop Bullying: Speak Up campaign. They encouraged students, teachers, community centers and businesses to raise Stop Bullying: Speak Up flags to show their commitment to empowering kids to speak up against bullying. The flags represent the power that active bystanders have to stop bullying, as well as a visible demonstration by adults to take action when they learn bullying is happening.
